  • Become the central point of contact for our expert brokerage team.<\/li>\n
  • Play a crucial role in welcoming clients and visitors to our office.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate and efficient administrative processing.<\/li>\n
  • Be responsible for preparing important documents and managing our correspondence and archives.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain active communication with our various clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    What are we looking for?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of CRM system Kolibri is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • In possession of a Dutch driver’s license.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
