  • Take over day-to-day management and be the point of contact for our customers.<\/li>\n
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and technical management tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and supervise home viewings and ensure a perfect customer experience.<\/li>\n
  • Be involved in screening potential tenants and prepare several important documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    What are we looking for?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n
    • A presentable, commercial and motivated approach.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in brokerage is nice but not a must.<\/li>\n
    • A network in Amsterdam is a big plus.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of the English language.<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and possible experience with Bloxs\/Kolibri.<\/li>\n
    • In possession of driver’s license B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
