What will you do?

  • Become the central point of contact for our expert brokerage team.
  • Play a crucial role in welcoming clients and visitors to our office.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient administrative processing.
  • Be responsible for preparing important documents and managing our correspondence and archives.
  • Maintain active communication with our various clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of CRM system Kolibri is a plus.
  • In possession of a Dutch driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
