General<br />
A beautifully renovated top floor apartment divided over two floors. The renovation has just been finished, so any renter would be the first occupant benefitting from a brand new furnishing as well. The high ceilings combined with lots of windows makes it a bright, comfortable and spacious place to live.</p>
<p>Layout<br />
A private entrance followed by the staircase leads up to the second floor. The hallway directly opens up into the airy kitchen. A well placed ‘kitchen island’ divides the living room at the front from the dining area at the back. The kitchen has built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, gas cooker and an oven/microwave combo. Shelving is plentiful here. In addition there is separate SMEG fridge/freezer which fits well with the available space.<br />
The living room faces the street below with three large windows and as a stylish feature, part of the left wall is left untreated exposing the original bricks to give it a loft feel.<br />
Following the hallway towards the back is a room which would be an ideal study with views down to the surrounding gardens. On this floor there is also the first separate toilet.<br />
Adjacent to the separate toilet is a flight of stairs to the third floor. Starting at the back is similar size room to the study downstairs. Here the washer and dryer are set up but there is enough room left to use it as a guest bedroom.<br />
Opposite the ‘wash room’ is the second bedroom which is large enough to have a queen size bed and its own wardrobe closet.<br />
Following the landing, the first bathroom is on the right side. This bathroom offers a separate shower and sink.<br />
Finally there is the master bedroom, already having a queen size bed and wardrobe closet. The great thing about this bedroom is that it has an en-suite bathroom with a wide sink and a bathtub. This floor also includes the second separate toilet, accessible from the landing. When created, the roof terrace will be accessible from the landing as well through a final flight of stairs.</p>
<p>Benefits from renovation are a thorough isolation and features such as double glazing. All the rooms are of course fitted with radiators to regulate the central heating individually.</p>
<p>Specifics<br />

<p>Area information<br />
Within the vicinity of apartment, there is an abundance of shops on the nearby Linnaeusstraat and the Dappermarkt (open daily except Sundays). The Oosterpark is the green lung of the neighborhood and quieter compared to the Vondelpark. On either sides of the Oosterpark there are tram stops of line 3, 7 and 9 along with several bus lines. Both modes of transport head to the Muiderpoort train station as well as directly to the Central Station.</p>

Equipped with an elevator, the apartment is easily reachable and once inside, the living room with its large windows overlooking the Amstel river and Hermitage Museum is an immediate eye catcher!</p>
<p>Layout<br />
Following the communal hallway, the elevator is found at the end next to the swirling staircase.<br />
Opposite the elevator the apartment is accessed with a private hallway connecting all the rooms. This hallway also provides closet space to store general personal items. Straight on through is the living room which leads into the kitchen.<br />
Next to central heating, the living room has a gas-heated fire place and can be separated from the kitchen closing the partially glass doors.<br />

<p>Layout<br />
Following the luxurious entrance the nostalgic elevator goes up to the fourth floor. Directly opposite to the left the apartment opens up into its hallway. A separate toilet is found immediately on the right. Further down is the living room running from front to back. Adjoining the living room is the balcony facing eastwards and with enough space to sit with two persons.</p>

The communal staircase leads up to the first floor and where the entrance opens up in the hallway of the apartment, connecting all the rooms. Directly to the right is the first separate toilet. To the left is a door to the living room with its front window section drawing in lots of light, especially in the afternoon since it faces westwards. On the right side of the window section, doors can be opened and to let in more pure daylight.<br />

De Keizersgracht is de tweede van drie grachten behorende tot de Amsterdamse grachtengordel, naar een initiatief van burgemeester Frans Hendrickzn Oetgens, stadstimmerman Hendrick Jacobsz Staets en stadslandmeter Lucas Jansz Sinck. Met de auto bent u via de Vijzelstraat binnen een mum van tijd op diverse uitvalswegen.</p>
