General
Layout
The communal staircase leads up to the first floor and where the entrance opens up in the hallway of the apartment, connecting all the rooms. Directly to the right is the first separate toilet. To the left is a door to the living room with its front window section drawing in lots of light, especially in the afternoon since it faces westwards. On the right side of the window section, doors can be opened and to let in more pure daylight.
The living room flows into the open kitchen with adjoining balcony. This kitchen provides all the expected appliances and these are of course built-in.
Back in the hallway opposite the entrance to the living room is the bathroom. A well sized bathroom with two bowl shaped free standing sinks, a separate bathtub and rain shower with still plenty of space to walk around.
From the hallway an internal staircase goes up the bedrooms. On either end of the landing there is a bedroom and these are almost equal in size, with the back bedroom having its own balcony comparable to the one adjoining the kitchen. In between the bedrooms is the second separate toilet, also providing the set up for a washer and dryer.

Area information
The Amstelveenseweg flowing into the Overtoom and passing the Vondelpark is a direct route into the city centre (Leidseplein). The Vondelpark can be accessed at the back and is a mere 5 to 10 minutes walking. Along the way, several shops, bars and restaurants are found with one of them even having a Michelin star, owned by and named after the Dutch chef Ron Blaauw. Certainly worth of a visit.
Either by car or public transport the majority of the city is easily reached as well as getting out of the city. The ring A-10 highway is a 5 minute drive away and with another 10 to 15 minutes Schiphol Airport is reachable. Without a car, the easiest would be to use the nearby Haarlemmermeer Station with tram line 16 and bus lines 15, 62 and 358 having a stop here.
